Cybershapes takes utmost pride in the quality or our boards and Accessories.  All of our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days.  Cybershapes will repair or replace with like merchandise any product that proves defective, upon inspection by our technical staff, for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.  Cybershapes technical staff makes all final determinations of defects.  Decisions by the technical staff are final.  Products used by businesses for commercial purposes such as rentals, surf camps and instruction are not warranted.

To make a Warranty Claim the buyer shall contact Cybershapes to pre-qualify for a potential claim. Upon initial approval a Return Authorization will be issued.  Buyer will return the product, at buyers expense, with a written explanation of the problem to Cybershapes where it will be inspected for defects.  A product given final approval for warranty repair or replacement by the Cybershapes technical staff will be returned to the buyer freight collect.

Returns: Any product may be returned in new, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any freight and/or handling charges incurred by Cybershapes.  All freight charges (both ways) are the responsibility of the buyer.  Opened retail packaging and/or used product may not be returned for refund.  Of course, you can open the shipping box to inspect your purchase.

Freight Damage:  Is rare, but can occur, and is the responsibility of the carrier.  We pack and ship over thousands of boards per year and very few are damaged.  All claims must be reported to the carrier immediately.  Cybershapes always Fully Insures each shipment for the full price you paid.  We use UPS Freight to deliver products.  Inspect your delivery immediately and NOTE ANY DAMAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DELIVERY PERSON in writing on the freight bill.  It is the buyers responsibility to file a damage claim with the appropriate carrier.  We can assist you with repair quotes and any documentation to help substantiate your claim. Returns for freight damage are not allowed.  All boards are insured against shipping damage for the full price you paid.
